Bo Hairs CEO Onuzurike Oluomachi Went from High-end Wigs to High-Tech Wheels

The online streets are buzzing again, and this time, it’s not a celebrity scandal or a viral dance challenge, it’s Onuzurike Oluomachi, CEO of Bo Hairs, pulling up in style with her brand-new Cybertruck.
And no, she didn’t sneak it in quietly.
The serial entrepreneur behind one of Nigeria’s most profitable hair brands took to Instagram to show off her newest toy, the futuristic Tesla Cybertruck, with the caption:
“My new baby is here. We can all agree that it’s been a long time no pampering. I have been so stressed lately I decided to spoil myself with this brand new baby. It was absolutely love at first sight.”
Within minutes, the comment section lit up with congratulatory messages, fire emojis, and hot takes. But while some followers cheered her on for rewarding herself, others on X (formerly Twitter) couldn’t help but ask the pressing question:
“Is the hair business really that profitable?”
One user tweeted:
“Na hair business dey buy Cybertruck now? Omo.”
However, not everyone was surprised. Some users stepped in with their two cents and a bit of business sense. A user identified as @IamEriOluwa tweeted:
“The profit margin is substantial, especially because many women love the idea of using expensive wigs but can’t easily differentiate between authentic and fake ones. If you have a reliable supplier from China, you’ve essentially struck an oil well for yourself. Among all the businesses that yield high profits in mini-importation, the hair business ranks number one. It offers huge profits and a large market. Congratulations to her.”
From high-end wigs to high-tech wheels, it’s clear Onuzurike Oluomachi isn’t just in the hair business, she’s in the big league.
